Your work stays yours
You retain your rights in original drawings and recordings. Upload or share only material you have permission to use. You grant us permission to store and display a drawing when you create a share link.
Using the tools
DrawMusic is a creative tool, not a guarantee of transcription accuracy. Inspect exported files before using them in a project. Audio to MIDI currently estimates one note at a time. Do not use the service to infringe rights, distribute illegal content, or interfere with other visitors.
How audio is made
DrawMusic does not use a generative AI model. Drawings control Web Audio oscillators in your browser. Spectrograms use a short-time Fourier transform with a Hann window, and audio-to-MIDI uses local monophonic pitch estimation. No OpenAI, Google, Meta or other hosted generative model processes your audio. Analysis is approximate and does not separate multiple simultaneous instruments or voices.
Acceptable use and shared content
Do not create, upload, publish or distribute content through DrawMusic that contains pornography or sexually explicit/NSFW material; graphic violence or gore; hateful threats or incitement against protected groups; child sexual abuse material or other exploitation or endangerment of children; deceptive deepfakes or impersonation of another person; or material that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.
Report a shared drawing or suspected abuse through oursupport form, including its URL and the reason for your report. We review reports manually and may remove shared content, restrict access or suspend repeated abuse. You can use the same form to request a review of a restriction. We do not pre-screen every drawing or monitor audio processed locally on your device; local processing does not exempt use from these rules.
Free and paid access
Free access includes three WAV exports per day. Pro checkout, when enabled, displays the current price before payment. Monthly Pro includes a seven-day trial followed by $7.99 each month until canceled; annual Pro includes a seven-day trial followed by $79.99 each year until canceled. Taxes, where applicable, are shown at checkout. Never purchase based on a promised future feature.
Refunds and cancellation
Free use and the free trial do not involve a payment to refund. For a paid purchase, report a problem through our support form. Waffo, our Merchant of Record, also accepts refund requests through its customer portal. Its published policy asks customers to submit requests within 14 days of payment and allows approval for defective products, unauthorized or mistaken transactions, service access problems, or legal requirements. Unused subscription time is not automatically refundable. Applicable statutory rights always take precedence. See Waffo's current billing and refund policy.
Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Cancel an active subscription through the Waffo portal to stop future renewals; access continues until the confirmed end of the current billing period unless a refund or immediate termination applies.
Misuse and termination
We may remove shared content or restrict access that infringes others' rights, distributes illegal material, abuses exports or disrupts the service. Where appropriate, contact us to request a review. Suspension does not remove any refund or other rights required by law.
Availability and support
Features may be unavailable during maintenance or service interruptions. Save a copy of work you wish to keep. For a paid transaction, use thesupport form or the contact details on your receipt for billing, cancellation, or support. These terms do not limit rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
